Enjoying morning coffee overlooking the waterhole at Lentorre Lodge.

An amazing, unique and serene destination, Kenya’s Lake Magadi is the southernmost lake in the Great Rift Valley. The dramatic arid landscape and the varied birdlife entices photography enthusiasts and adventure campers to one of the hottest places in Kenya.

Driving through the causeway across Lake Magadi to the Nguruman Escarpment is quite an adventure, and well worth the drive to enjoy the stay at the luxurious Lentorre Lodge.  This unique, secluded and luxurious lodge in a magical setting surrounded by stunning landscape is the most perfect and relaxing getaway

Besides Magadi’s wealth of avifauna, there is also a wide variety of wildlife, including giraffes, antelopes, ostriches, zebras, wildebeests, hyenas to delight the visitors, as well as a  few resident lion prides. Elephants and buffalos can be seen at the conservancy to the south of the lake.

Scenic Flights Over Lake Magadi

Scenic Flights over Lake Magadi, guest enjoy one of the most incredible sights of Flamingos
Scenic flights over Lake Magadi and even to Lake Natron, the mineral-rich soda lake on the border of Kenya and Tanzania are one of the most beautiful aerial flights that guests can enjoy. Flying over the Rift Valley and the soda lake, witnessing the stunning pink flamingos soaring below is a thrilling and beautiful adventure and also the most efficient way of getting to Lentorre.
